How To - Redeeming Voucher Codes

liveRES Tables can be integrated with Voucher Manager to allow voucher codes to be redeemed from within Tables.

When your Voucher Manager login credentials are entered at Brand Level and enabled for your site, the Voucher Code field and the Validate Voucher Code button are added to the Enter Guest Details window.

After entering a voucher code, the Validate Voucher Code button allows you to check with Voucher Manager that the code you entered is valid.

When you set up offers in Reservations, it is now possible to assign a multi-use Voucher code to that offer. If you select that offer in Tables as part of your booking journey (Voucher Manager must be enabled for your site and a valid Voucher Code is required), that voucher code will populate the Voucher Field in your booking (and then be redeemed against that booking when you seat the guest

If an invalid voucher code is entered, the system won’t allow you to add the new reservation. You will be prompted to enter a valid voucher code or clear the field before the guest can be saved:

You can edit voucher codes up to the point that the guest is seated. If the redeem process fails when seating a guest, the Enter Guest Details window allows you to redeem the voucher manually.

If a guest wants to redeem a voucher after being seated, you will need to redeem the voucher code on the Aztec POS.
